Bookings and appointments

Sessions cost £75 for an hour and £100 for 75mins.

 

A 75-minute session is recommended for the first appointment. Most subsequent sessions last an hour, but will be mutually agreed with the individual prior to each appointment. Couples' sessions tend to always run for 75 minutes.

 

Payment can be made  by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. .

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full rate.

Businesses can book at the day rate of £495.  Consultancy, training and one-to-one appointments can be made.  All is confidential.

 

Outcome Measures and Evidence Based Practice

Elaine uses recognised outcome measures to evaluate the effectiveness of our therapy. This will help both you and Elaine keep track of your progress.

Everything discussed is confidential, Elaine can explain how any records of meetings if any are stored.
